Transcript

Welcome to successfully depressed. And thanks for listening. Hi, I'm your host Kerry Finsand. And I'm a very curious person who has worn many hats over the years from sales and marketing roles, working with brands like Whole Foods and Groupon to starting a craft beer-centric tech company that was later acquired. Oh, yeah. And there was that failed TV host pilot thing. Anyways, as you can probably tell, I love to create things, but I have a secret to tell you. For years, depression and anxiety have not only made things harder. They've instilled fear and self-doubt. In this conversational podcast, I want to help people gain momentum in their life and business through lessons that I have learned. and that insight we gained together from conversational interviews with counselors, and personal trainers. Business coaches. Startup founders and other subject matter experts. To empower you to take the next step forward in your journey. Like what you hear. Subscribe to successfully depressed.
